The bumps drive me nuts, especially when people have already given a clear reply. Multiple “chance me” threads also drives me nuts. Some people just keep re-posting over and over again, ignoring what people tell them, and hoping for a different answer.
Also, the CC search may be less than optimal, but a simple Google search often works wonders.

Well, as a newbie… there are a LOT, and I do mean A LOT of WORDS and SENTENCES and WORDS and WORDS and THOUGHTS and WORDS (:)) on this site. Simple posts, (like, ahem, this one maybe?) can garner 5 pages of discussion (so far) and we’re supposed to be able to read through and get the gist? It is overwhelming to say the very teensiest least about it! And the searching kind of sucks. I could spend all day, every day on this site for the next 3 years and probably never catch up with the reading.
So… on the other hand, I do get what you’re saying. I’m already annoyed when I realize the person who just gave me “advice” is a HS junior! Ha! Thanks for all the helpful posters that do know what they’re talking about, though! Without you guys, I would know nothing. Seriously!
