Hi there, I am looking forward the information about graduate school of education, I quite interested in understanding how educational policy was formed, how educational policy act as a role of promoting educational equity and educational quality. Otherwise, i wanna learn about what educatioal thoughts are deeply associated with our educational policy and how they work in nowadys. Is here some persons give me some information (professor's names/ names of graduate schools),thanks!

Virtually every major university has a GSE. If your goal is to become a teacher or administrator, you'll want to focus on schools in the state where you wish to teach.

The information you are looking for is typically found on the GSE websites. For example Penn's is here:

Simply click through each professor's name to learn about their research interests. Be aware that school is over for the summer and many professors leave campus to pursue their research, prepare publications, and develop new course material. (Unlike students, professors' jobs don't shut down for the summer.) So don't expect much in terms of replies until fall.

Finally - before emailing professors, you might want to focus your interests a bit. The topics you mention are the sort of things that are covered in full length survey courses, not something that can be answered in an email. You might want to also look for course descriptions (Available on the websites) that match your interests and then ask for the corresponding course syllabus, buy the text(s) and study from there.
