About to graduate from local community college with no idea where to apply

The complete story is I don’t know where I would get into, I know I won’t be able to get into an ivy league college so I won’t bother asking. That said my situation has changed a lot since high school, I had an attitude to just do the bare minimum required to pass so typically I scored C’s and D’s and had a lot of growing to do in college, I had to retake my algebra and geometry courses and now my GPA is hovering around a 3.9. I retook my ACT which is now a 32, my original score is something I don’t even consider because I answered at random on the test. I am in my community college’s transfer program for computer science which is why I’d prefer to go out of state to California. Any advice on where to apply or where I could even get into?

I would say you could probably get into some top state schools. As far as California schools i would say UCLA and UCB are reaches but I would apply to the others.i believe UC Santa Barbara, Uc davis and UC Irvine have good engineering programs that could be within reach. I would also consider university of Washington, Purdue,UIUC, university of Texas, U Maryland, Ohio state if you decide not to attend a California school.
