I’m a first year student at university of toronto and I’m seeking opportunities to transfer to UW madison. Is it worth trying? or staying in Toronto will be better. Don’t concern about the cost. I really want to go U.S but somehow I chose Canada a year ago, so I’m really hesitated if I should give a try or just stay where I am.
