Did anyone else get waitlisted but admitted for Spring of 2016 with the option of attending American University of Rome or American University for the fall semester? Can anyone speak about these programs and how they affected you?
I got the same thing. I will not be doing either option but I’m remaining on the wait list for fall. I am going to my local community college for a semester and transferring in the spring. Personally, I do not want to go abroad as a first semester freshman in college. I would be way too overwhelmed with everything. Going to DC would not be as bad but I would personally just want to stay at home for the semester I can’t be at Miami because community college is probably going to be a lot cheaper and if I’m planning on going to Miami I need to save as much money as possible!
