academic scholarships/merit aid

I'm a senior in high school trying to get a gauge on academic scholarships/merit aid. I'm very interested in Santa Clara, LMU, Pepperdine and USD. I have a 4.0 unweighted gpa and a 4.2 weighted. I had a 2330 on the composite SAT (790 math, 780 writing and 760 critical reading. Any help from recent students is much appreciated?

I think you have a really good chance at getting a good scholarship and definitely some grants too. If you check out this link it can tell you more about the scholarships they offer and it looks like they also consider you’re extra-curricular experience in order to qualify.

You’ll get at least $14,000. That’s what I got and I had less stellar statistics. I’d say a half ride. In any case, you’ll get more than you would from any other top school in California. SCU likes stealing kids from Berkeley and Stanford by giving them money, and they’re starting to get a lot of the best and smartest from the Bay Area and beyond. You’re one of those, so I think you’ll get plenty.
