<p>How long did you guys wait to get them after you applied? And what do they look like?</p>
<p>It comes in a large black and yellow envelope, and it took me about 2-3 months.</p>

<p>Last year, the decision was posted posted on line (I believe several days) before the letter was received. I believe the process took ~8 weeks.</p>
