Acceptance rate for EDII at GW

Does anyone know the acceptance rate for Early Decision II at GWU? Some pages say its 67%, others say it’s 45%

I find it hard to believe that it’s 67%. Naturally, it fluctuates every year, but I recall seeing the overall admission rate (ED 1&2, RD) in the lower 40s.
