Acceptances from Nepal '15

UWC definitely seems to be a big plus. Congrats to them :)

^

I love the course, and how they prepare students with a “liberal” background from high school itself.

^^definitely!!!a really talented senior student I knew actually persuaded the jacobs admissions team to give him/her full scholarship +airfare amount!!!(they initially asked him/her to pay around 3-4 euros!)
but, you have to possess excellent stats or absolutely convincing requirement for aid to achieve that!

btw, @ evangelica, are you super-duper sure that you’re going to JUB?

Evangelica, please create a new thread if you have a new question! This helps us keep the Nepal sub-forum alive. Just don’t hesitate to create a new thread! :)

he’s the same guy who got into Lafa and Kenyon…

Congratulations to everyone who got into different colleges!!!
I got wait listed by Harvard, Brown and Cornell. :frowning:
So,
I am deciding whether to go to Dartmouth or U Penn. McGill did not offer good financial aid and apparently, Cambridge does not provide good scholarship to international students for undergraduate studies.
Most likely, I will go to Dartmouth. They seem to be ranked pretty well in undergraduate teaching.
Anyone else from Nepal who is going to Dartmouth?

Go to UPenn. :D

Whitman -1 KA; I don’t know about his aid though
