<p>It’s technically open until the end of June. But of course, it being mid-June and they have to give us at least a couple days to decide once the offer is on the table, it’s looking like this is the end of the road for us.</p>

<p>Well, I’m sorry to hear that for those who wanted to get off the waitlist. However, I believe that everything happens for a reason, and so finding the reason is how we take advantage of our gifts. I’m not where I thought I would be, but reflecting back on the college process, there is no question that it worked out in the best possible way; I’m sure that’s true for all of us.</p>
<p>wow Baelor, that was a tad, um, effusively sentimental. Just a bunch of middle aged back office staff sitting around a room judging high schoolers- their deliberations are not really worthy of such hushed reverential tones and sacrosanctity.</p>
<p>That’s why I’m not talking about their decisions. I’m talking about our responses to them – the result is really only as good as we make it.</p>
