I sent my first SAT scores (which I did terrible on) to Tennessee, Oregon, ASU, and WVU by by mistake. The scores were definitely not my best. Can I send a new score report with my optimal scores? or can am I even allowed to send them twice?

You can send them as many times as you are willing to pay to send them.

Also - how long ago did you send them?

I have no clue BUT…you can try and call College Board and see if they can be stopped. I know that my D’s College Board account didn’t show the scores as having been sent for 3-7 days after I requested them.

??

Not sure what you mean by mistake. Did you mean to exercise score choice but did not and thus sent both old and your new score at same time? In that case, you should not send anything again (those colleges will rely on your better score). If you sent older score and have not yet sent newer and better score then definitely do another send quickly so they have it in the file
