ACT math/SAT math contradiction

So, I'm thinking for most schools I'm applying to I'm going to submit both my ACT and SAT scores...

SAT: (single sitting) 730 CR, 790 M, 680 W (710 W if superscored)
ACT: (single sitting) 33 C: 35 E, 31 M, 34 R, 32 S, 33 E/W (10 essay)
I took the ACT once before the one mentioned above, but the only thing better was a 33 M, so I'm probably not going to submit it.

My question is: I'm applying as a math/engineering major, so will the 31 M raise any red flags, since my SAT math score was so high?

Nope. Good luck.

I don’t think so. If you want you could take the SAT2 Math 2 subject test to prove you are good at math.

@Kreig01‌ I’ve taken it once and didn’t feel like I did well, but still ended up with a 730…which is good, but I feel like it should be better.

@silverdrop 730 is not a bad score but if you feel you could do better and if you still have time I would retake it.
