Are you sure? There’s a 1/2 chance you’ll roll the correct number on each of the two dice, so the overall chance would be 1/4, right?

I think it was 1/4

Someone repost the Dice question!

Dice question was like…You roll 2 dice with faces of 1 1 1 6 6 6 on each. What are the odds the outcome that you roll adds up to be 7.

it’s 1/2. just drew out all of the combinations

i got 1/2, the way i did it was taking into account there are 36 total possibilities. Then i made a chart of all possible outcomes that equal 7. So from the left dice u have 111666 and ur trying to figure out 7 from two dice rolls right? so my first chart had 1,6(second die) 1,6(second die) 1,6(second die), second 1 6(second die) and so on until u have 9 possibilities from the first die involving 1. Then I took the second die and looked at the possibilities involving 6 and 1 from the first die, and got the same amount: 9 possibilities. So 9+9 = 18/36 total = 1/2. At least thats what Im did, not 100% sure…

alright what does one math question wrong equate to out of 36

lelouch is right

what was the one where it had a circle and the two lines and the radius was x and the small line was tangent to it? was it 1/2 x?

yeah 1/2 was right. that was the hardest question, imo
But I thought this test was easier than past practice tests esp with the last 10 questions. what do yall think?

also someone asked about the shaded question - that was 1/2, I’m sure on that one.

ya 1/2x. can you get one wrong and still get a 36

yeah, the shaded one was 1/2

also the one with the triangle thats cut in half but the two degrees are different? was it between 8 and 14?

I got 1/2.

1/2 * 1/2 + 1/2 * 1/2
1 and 6 + 6 and 1

yeah u can get a 36 with one wrong

For the dice one, the outcome of the first dice doesnt matter since no matter what you roll you still have a chance at getting 7. You have 50% chance of rolling the right number for the second dice and 50% rice of rolling the wrong number.

It was 1/2

ok the dice problem has been resolved lets move on to others

b/w 8 and 14 was the right answer for the triangle one

ya definately

the only one i couldnt get was the two triangles under the ramp, for some reason i couldnt visualize it so i ended up guessing C on that one cuz i had no idea
