<p>Hi, I live in Illinois and there was no writing portion in my ACT I took with the school. The one I took with the school felt so much easier than usual ones and I ende up getting a 34, compared to my max of 31 with writing I took not with the school.
I want to apply to schools that requires writing, and I heard someone tell me that you can add your Act writing score from a test you took to your Act one with the school that didn't have a writing portion. Is that true? Or does it depend for different schools? Thanks</p>
