ACT plus WRITING! (Should be uploaded by TOMORROW!)

killerskullz - what day, and where did you find that info?

Wait, the official scores for writing comes out on Monday? I thought w/o writing was Monday.

Do you mean tonight as in Saturday night? Or Sunday at night 12am?

The scores come out on Monday, October 7th 2013 at 12 AM CST (which is equivalent to 1 AM for EST and Sunday, October 6th 2013 at 10 PM for PST)
And I remember reading this on the official website, but cannot find it now for some reason. But that is the actual deadline, and yes, I have verified it with previous experiences (December 2012 test, scores came out at 1 AM EST)

Looks like I will be staying up until 1 on Sunday. Well, actually Monday.

still registered…

Well…to be optimistic, we’re getting closer to the regular release date.

How does everyone feel they did?

I think I got a 28-31. 25% chance I got a 28 or 31. 50% chance I got a 29 or 30. I will be happy with a 30 though.

I’m in the same boat as you ^. I’m at a 29 and I need a 30 for Alabama engineering scholarship. I feel like I got anywhere from a 28-31

When you guys apply for these scholarships what are the chances that you’ll actually get one? And how much?

As I walked out I was 99% sure I got a 36. But then I realized I missed 1 math question, and accounting for careless mistakes, I think I may actually get a 35… :(

Dragon- alabama gives automatic scholarships. If you have a 30, you get 2|3 tuition from alabama, and 1/3 tuition from the school of engineering + $2500 a year = about $106,000. As long as you apply early enough so that they don’t run out of money, you’ll get the scholarship.

Wow! That’s really lucky…I’m struggling to sign up for $500 scholarships

what schools you looking at aznskydragon?

I’m aiming for UC Davis, Irvine and Santa Barbara for Biology

Anyways it still says “null”

Lol yea… Monday it is! All I want/need is a 30! Reading is what screwed me for sure i think i got 6-10 wrong (26-30ish). Does my reading scale seem accurate?

Yeah, that reading sounds about right. I don’t think -10 will be any worse than a 27 though. I probably got about a 32 or a low 33; math was a little convoluted at the end, and I’m always skeptical of the science curves. If I get rounded down again, so help me God…

Might have gotten a 31 though. If I did, there will be great sadness. Doubt it’ll be below that.

Lol yea also scared of getting rounded down. Someone stated that the math curve was -5=33 which, if true, is probably what I got. English I got like 3 wrong (33 or 32). Science like 6-8 wrong (27-29). Science curve is usually unforgiving.

I would love that math curve, I don’t think I missed more than 6 or 7 tops on math. Science I know I missed one, but I feel like if I missed two or more I’ll get like a 24 for the section haha. You think the english curve will be that bad? I got a 36 on my last one, but I thought this one was a little harder. I usually don’t see the who/whom stuff that this one had.

Probably missed a few more I’m not aware of on science though. That phosphorous passage…
