ACT says I havent registered when I already did

<p>When I go to try and print out my admissions ticket the ACT says that I didn't even register yet. However, I already paid in October and I have the email confirmation. I already tried calling the number thats on the website but it says that the number is disconnected or something. Testing day is tomorrow... </p>

<p>Do I really need the ticket? Can I just print out the email confirmation and explain to the proctor my situation? Oh, and I haven't taken the ACT before.</p>
