Is the essay score out of 12? At any rate, having prepped the last four years of my life for the SAT, I'm not entirely sure what these scores mean, but I broke 30, so... yay?

yes, people are getting their scores in the mail, and they are now free online but my D's are still not even online, much less in the mail. this is getting really annoying. anyone else having this problem? ACT still just says "some just take longer" with no further explanation.

thanks, hey ya. at least I don't feel as if they're covering up something. sorry for you and anyone else it's happened to. I think it's really important that people don't depend on October scores for EA, ED, or even January 1 deadlines. I finally got through to a live person who told me her computer said "scoring was still in progress," and "we told you it would be 4 - 7 weeks." Argued for about 10 minutes how could m/c test take so long to score (did take the writing part, but that was not supposed to delay the online report). Meanwhile the "canned" telephone response says that all scores are expected to be mailed by June 2 (coincidentally 7 weeks after the test, just like they promised). don't know how much to believe, but for anyone else out there in the same situation, the "early" online scores are supposedly updated Wed. and Fri., while the "customer service" telephone people are supposedly updated Tues. and Thurs. Good luck!
