ACT Scores

Just wondering if Bowdoin superscores ACT scores?

I am debating if I should submit my ACT score (28) when I apply to Bowdoin. I know that in 2014, the mean ACT score was 30. I’m not sure how my 28 will be received since it is a couple of points under the mean score for Bowdoin. Everything else I will be submitting is very good…6 AP classes, good gpa, 2 college courses (calc and college research design) taken for credit (4.0 scores) at a Big Ten school this past summer, an extensive college research project, orchestra & sports. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

if I were you I wouldnt. Your course rigor and grades show that you are intellectually strong and your ACT score doesnt reflect that so much… Of course you could take it again or try out some SAT II’s
