<p>I want to send in all my apps but I'm still waiting on my December ACT test results which don't come until 2 days before the Jan. 1st deadline. I heard that sending in apps the earlier, the better. Is it okay if I self report a 31 ACT score and then send an official score report with a (hopefully) higher score later on?</p>
