I am planning on taking (or trying to take) the ACT as a Standby for the April test date (based on these forums and others, I'm pretty sure I will be able to get in). Anyway, I was not planning on filling out any of the "free four" college score reports because I'd like to see my score before sending it to colleges; however, on the ACT website standby info page, it says, "You will not be able to add, change, or cancel score reports." This wording scares me.. does this mean that, when I am applying to colleges next fall, I will not be able to order additional score reports? If so, I see very little point of taking the test, as, even if I filled out the free four, I wouldn't be able to send my scores to all the colleges I am applying to. Does anyone know if taking the test as a standby precludes one from ordering additional score reports later?

On a side note, any recommendations for prep books/courses would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
