So I decided last minute I would take the June ACT and all the available test centers are way too far away from me. If I were to sign up for standby testing at a “full location”, how would that work? What are the chances they would let me take the test.

They are better than 90%. Someone always gets sick, or decides not to take the test. Prep for the next three weeks as though you will be taking the test, and good luck!
