ACT Super Score Problem

On my first ACT I score the following:
English: 27
Math: 29
Reading: 30
Science: 25

On my second ACT I scored:
English: 27
Math: 27
Reading: 27
Science: 28

Three of the nine schools that I am applying to super score the ACT. My super scored ACT is 28.5 which I believe rounds up to a 29. I am not sure whether or not I should send the second score or if it will look bad that my math and reading dropped the second time around. I am planning on majoring in computer science so I assume that the schools I am applying to want to see a high math subscore. But I don't want to show a downward trend. Should I still send my second scores anyways? Thanks.

Also, on the common app I submitted the highest subscore from the two act dates but I have only sent out the first ACT score to my schools. Will it look bad if I report additional test dates without sending an official test score report?
