Does anyone know of anywhere I can study acting or theatre full time at a university or college or program in a foreign country? My dream is to act in English and in different languages ^_^.
You should post this in the drama / theatre majors forum. There are lots of knowledgeable folks on there who can suggest options

We were looking at Bishop’s University in Quebec for entirely different reasons, but I did recall them talking about their drama program when we were there:

Bishop’s is a very good small university, sort of like the Canadian equivalent of a LAC (they don’t seem to use the term “liberal arts college” in Canada). It also has a very strong languages program, which you might expect for an English language university in a bilingual town in a French province in a bilingual country.
By the way, assuming that you are from the US and not Canadian, you will be surprised how reasonable the prices are compared to LACs in the US.
