Curious, why Butler over Kelley?

Accepted IUB, OOS, direct admit college of Arts & Science, STEM, female. Scores: 33 ACT/1500 SAT (new), 4.0, 4.41 weighted, 1 of 251. Lots of ECs. Awarded multiple scholarships from IU. Also accepted at UMich - Ann Arbor (not a dime) Georgia Tech (scholarship), UColorado Boulder (scholarship) and to my amazement Cornell (minimal grant). Rejected by Northwestern, JHU, UChicago. Between IU and Cornell. I also have some private scholarships. IU extremely affordable for my family but Cornell while will be costly has Astronomy/Physics educational opportunities not found at IU. Visiting Ithaca soon and will make decision.

@sgw2021 Indianapolis felt like a much better location as I am pursuing a career in the business side of the music industry. Butler was overall a much, much more comfortable fit for my specific career path and I loved the smaller campus and class sizes. After going on multiple visits to each school, including Kelley Direct Admit Day and Butler Business Scholars, Butler really stood out due to how personal and honest my conversations were with professors and students.

@STEM2021 lots of financial aid and scholarships are offered at ivy leaguse, even to middle class families. I wouldn’t pass up the chance to go to Cornell, just make sure you really can get the money for it good luck
