Should I include a list of the colleges I got accepted to? So far I have gotten accepted to one top university and a couple of lesser known ones. I'm going to be applying to ivy leagues and a couple of other schools so I want to know if this could better my application..

Also, any additional tips would be greatly appreciated!
And I want to be honest about my essays and not seem like I'm trying be something I'm not.

That’s an interesting question. Unless you were accepted to Harvard, Princeton, Stanford or MIT, which are Yale’s direct peers, I don’t think mentioning it would help your chances. And you’d have to explain why Yale is now your top choice and why you applied to HPSM early and not to Yale.

I completely agree with gibby’s point. It’s non-sense to mention other peer colleges in an application unless the applicant is the best of the bests in decades.

I don’t think you should mention them at all. Of course, if you are a viable Yale applicant, Yale knows you will be able to reel in other schools (and even top schools) to admit you.

Why would you do it? To put pressure on Yale? They’re immune to it. They could easily say: here’s a favor for you: reject. Now you have less to worry about.
