<p>I want to submit an additional letter of recommendation from my school librarian, but I'm a little confused about how to do that. The Common App only has letter of recommendation forms for teachers and counselors. What form do you use if the letter is coming from someone who isn't a teacher? Do you just use the teacher form and make a note about it? Any responses would be much appreciated! Thanks.</p>
