ADHD and the Common App

I wasn't diagnosed until my junior year, so there are quite a few unsavory characters on my transcript (AKA, C's), and I planned on writing a special circumstances essay about how much I've improved as a student since then--and I do have tangible proof, in the form of a five A, two B+ semester thus far with 5 AP's on my schedule (plus a 35, NMSF, URM, etc., so I really would've been good for the vast majority of my schools had my unweighted been around a 3.5 instead of a 3.0). Any thoughts on what I should write about? Thanks!

The same thing Happened to me! I got diagnosed the summer of my Junior Year, and my grades went up quite well ever since I began getting medicated. Just tell them about your conditions, and how you made a turn around for the better once you identified the source of your problems in school… Be honest.
