admission contract clarifications

so i just got off the phone with an admission adviser for UCSD, and quite frankly he was a complete a hole. he didn't even answer my question, just kept belittling me for now knowing it...and then hung up on me! lol ***..

anyways, in the winter '10 admission contract it states..

"• Complete subject requirements by the end of Spring term 2009, including two UC-transferable English composition courses; one UC-transferable math concepts and quantitative reasoning course;four UC-transferable courses chosen from at least two of the following areas: arts and humanities, social and behavioral sciences, physical and biological sciences.
• Pass subject requirements with grades of “C” or better.
"

my question is in regards to "subject requirement". what exactly does that refer to? does it refer to major prereqs, only the core classes listed above, or just any class that is taken?

bump

Anybody know exactly what they mean by “subject requirements”?

…r u playing stupid or what? Just read the sentence… 2 writing, 1 math, n 4 others…isnt it the UC requirement…?..

Ahahahahahahaahahahaahahahahahaahahha

Regardless of the arrogant/douchie manner in which you answered the question, thanks for your response nonethess. it says that the subject requirements “include” those classes, it does not specifically say that those are the only courses that the subject requirements consist of. That is where my confusion came from. And no, I’m not stupid, thank you.
