When the portal changesā€¦as soon you open it up, the top screen is an image of the horseshoe and says Welcome across it.

My portal has a popup thatā€™s showing up as a question mark at the top of my portalā€¦ could that be the horseshoe?
Im trying to figure out how to unblock it because it only showed up yesterday.

Youā€™ll see prominent leaves and a blurred background of the horseshoe and then it says Welcome to the University of South Carolinaā€¦below that, ā€œDownload Enrollment Guideā€

@luckypinky1 Yes, My S received his YES letter on Monday. He applied regular decision.

@collegevoice My S received his YES letter on Monday (applied regular decision). His portal had a question mark for a day or two and then it got switched to ā€œWelcomeā€ Screen.

We never received an email to let us know of an acceptance. It was a complete surprise, and we got it in the mailbox on Monday. The portal wasnā€™t even changed until a day and a 1/2 later.

So, based on the last few posts, applicants that applied RD are receiving decisions before those placed in 2nd review???

@pama3115 - I have twins, one applied EA and was placed in 2nd review - no decision yet (Business school -undecided). Second applied RD and received YES letter on Monday (College of Arts and Sciences - undecided).

yes, she got an email last night at like 9pm mountain time. Still no letter to say if she got any type of scholarship
