<p>hi, im a senior who applied to penn cas ed but got deferred.<br>
to have any chance of getting accepted in rd, i would like to send an update on my application along with expressing my interested in penn. however the only email i could find on the penn website was <a href="mailto:webmaster@admissions.upenn.edu">webmaster@admissions.upenn.edu</a>.
should i send it to that email address? </p>

<p>i actually MAILED the letter along with a copy of my semester report card with teachers' comments etc.</p>
