Hi everyone....I have a 3years Bachelor's degree in Physics from an Indian college...and I am the top scorer with a good percentage....Right now I stay in US on a H4 visa and I am planning to apply to colleges like UC Berkeley and other colleges in and around the bay area....I am just wondering if a major in Physics is enough to get you an admission into Biophysics..because my knowledge in biology is limited, though i am fond of it.....I am open to any of your suggestion....and what do you think will be a good score in the GRE??

Try being a lab tech in a biophysics lab (preferably at Berkeley if you can) to supplement your physics degree. Also, if possible, I would recommend taking some bio classes - general cell bio knowledge (organelles, gene expression basics, as well as basic molec. bio techniques) can go a long way in biophysics.
