I didn’t accept or decline anything from CSUN, so I don’t know if I am admitted to this school or not.

What do you mean? Have you checked your status on your myNorthridge portal? If it doesn’t show you that you got in on your portal, I’d contact the admissions office and see what’s up. Usually if you get an acceptance letter in the mail, it’s official.
You’re portal should tell you that you’ve gotten accepted & you can accept or decline the offer. You got the package 'cause you got admitted, now it’s your decision to go to Northridge Or not
