Admission Question

Hello everyone i would like to ask a very simple question: imagine that im applying for a grad program like a MSc.If i had the requirements for the university that im applying how important would you guys consider to be if i had 2 research articles published? its above average graduate students or potencial students competing with me. Or is just too low?

Thanks

Raphael, this board is really for undergraduate admissions. I suggest you repost your question here: [Graduate School - College Confidential](Graduate School - College Confidential Forums).

Sorry I don’t have an answer for you. Good luck.

That is certainly a really great addition to your application and will be look on very favorably. But they will also be looking at your other qualifications, like gpa and GRE score, and recommendations. Meeting the minimum qualifications in gpa and gre doesn’t always cut it when spaces are limited. But you will have an advantage. Not too many undergraduates are published.
