Hello all,

When I applied to UMD, I put down Undecided: Letters & Sciences as my intended major as I wasn’t sure what I wanted to major in at that time. However, I now think I would like to major in Biological Sciences: Physiology and Neurobiology. I was admitted to Letters & Sciences along with the College Park Scholars Life Sciences program. When I “graduate” from CP scholars having completed all the requirements for the life sciences program, would I automatically be able to transfer to College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences and major in what I want as long as my GPA is in range?

@gq2016 - You have to complete the gateway courses listed in the following link. Depending on whatever AP credits you may get, it may be possible to do an internal transfer after one semester.
