Admissions into UCLA, Ann-Arbor, Georgia Tech

<p>Hi Everyone</p>

<p>I would like some help from this forum.</p>

<p>My GRE score is 1320 ( Quant : 780 and Verbal : 540) New Pattern : 319 .
I can support myself financially and do not need any aid(International Student)
My CGPA is 8.65 on 10 and 3.7 out of 4 . I would like to know if it is a wise decision to apply for Universities like Michigan Ann Arbor, Georgia tech, Purdue, UCLA etc.. (MS in Mechanical Engineering) , currently am pursuing my B.E in Mech Engg and I would like to apply for the fall of 2012.
Could you please let me know, if my scores are upto the mark for these colleges? Could you also give me some safe options (Good ones)</p>
