Boston College decision will be emailed on Tuesday March 20th. This information is from an email they sent out on Feb 8th.
Apparently UC Berkeley sent out a few decisions yesterday. Anyone get in?
UMich is rolling. Many RD admission has been announced more than a week ago. Early April is only the last day for announcement.
Does anyone know when Chicago responds for ED II applicants?
I did!
Can anyone confirm dates for the Cal States such as Cal State Fullerton and Cal State Long Beach?
@dellig as best I can tell CSU Fullerton has not responded to email inquiries with a definitive date, may be best to keep up to date by following this thread http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/california-state-university-fullerton/2037421-csuf-fall-2018-decisions.html#latest
From what I’ve read on other posts, both schools have a rolling admission where decisions don’t all come out at the same time. You may also want to follow this thread http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/california-state-university-long-beach/2048771-fall-2018-admissions-p3.html
There are helpful posts from people who have watched the CSU decisions over the years.
Based on prior years, there is reason to believe UConn will come out the last Friday of February (Feb 23), and I swear I saw in one of the UC Santa Cruz emails they will start releasing February 15 (and they wrote out the word February) and finish by March 15.
CSUF admissions have begun
Johns Hopkins emailed that they’re releasing on March 16th
@2022AB2102 The Admissions office plans to release decisions for EDII on Thursday, February 15 in the late afternoon. https://collegeadmissions.uchicago.edu/
Sooooo…today
I really appreciate UC Berkeleys admissions office. One of the best I’ve come across. They let you know they have your application and they are reviewing it. My son has gotten lots of notices from them…even a Happy New Year email. They recently sent an email acknowledging that some acceptances have indeed been sent out but that my sons is still in the review process and results will be out the end of March. Most other schools he has applied to, you send in your application and hear absolutely nothing. You get concerned that they even have the application or has it gone down a black hole. I appreciate their acknowledgment that college application time is stressful for students and that try to do small acts of kindness to relieve some of it.
RIT regular decision came today via email for my son, he’s in but the financial info will be mailed.
Boston University is notifying students on March 17th. This is from the financial aid reminder that they sent out today (2/15)
Here in the Bay Area, I know of one top student in public high school that was notified of acceptance to UC-Berkeley. At my D’s different public school here, we know of two students who received email notification of early acceptance from UC Santa Cruz this week. (She is one of them.)
