Admissions Portal Problems

My daughter went to check her transfer app in the portal tonight and it kept saying she had the wrong password. She tried to reset it and it says that her email and birthday do not exist in the system. Any thoughts? Of course it’s the weekend now so we won’t be able to contact anyone.

For anyone in the future who may have this issue: my D applied her freshman year using a school email and for her transfer application she had to create a new account (didn’t have access to her high school account anymore). Once the system realizes it is the same person it will merge the accounts using your original old email. Not sure why they do this!
