My son was accepted into Tulane a few weeks ago. On the Gibson online application status section, there is a link to an admitted students website. Following that link, there is a login page asking for User Name and Password. The instructions on that page indicate that User Name and Password were provided in the admission letter that we received. We could not find this information in the acceptance letter. Any one else run into this issue? Thanks.

We ran into this last year (no login info in the acceptance letter) and ended up emailing my D’s admission counselor for the info. But if I remember correctly the site was what comes up through the “have you made your decision yet” emails from Tulane admissions.

I have the same problem; no login info in acceptance letter. From a description of the site it looks like it is for the university’s benefit to know about your decision and not much else.

I have the same problem.

I strongly recommend you e-mail your adcon to ask about your user name and password. They will get you going in the right direction.

I’ve solved the problem. There’s a sentence at the login of the admitted students page. “If you have forgotten your User Name or Password, click here to retrieve it.” Click this link and have your username and password sent to your email box! Congratulations to the admitted!

Oh, excellent to know! This is an often asked question, so you have done a great service.
