<p>I would call the school just to make sure, since there was a form to enclose with the deposit (it came with the housing info packet). It doesn't hurt to alert them in case the slight irregularity is a problem.</p>

<p>I called, and they said that an additional form was not needed. Just a check with Campus ID on it is fine :)</p>
