Advice for a community college transfer.

Some online courses will be harder than if you were to take classes in a lecture. Some will be easier. In all honesty, its a risk. For example, I took at online physics course and it was really easy (hardly any homework or tests). But the Biology online course I’m taking now requires a little more work (weekly homework, tough in-class exams, quizzes, etc). Some people like not going to class and having more flexible hours studying with an online course. Others prefer to be taught by a professor in a classroom. Just follow your gut and decide to take the course or not.</p>

I am a community college transfer student trying to attend Michigan! How did everything end up going for you? What do you think the keys were to getting in? U of M is my dream school so I am trying to figure out everything I can to help. If you wouldn’t mind giving me a little insight that would be much appreciated!
