I know there have been many of these threads going around, but please bear with me and give me some advice. All comments are appreciated.
Alright so I am currently an Indian (for what it's worth, b/c race may be a factor) junior looking to apply to top tier schools in the near future. I just received my Jan. Sat scores and I was not very pleased with them. This was my first time taking the test, and I did a little bit of preparation.

720 CR, 710 M, 800 W (12 E). ~2230

I know to many people this is a great score. I am pleased with my writing score buy a little disappointed with the other two, especially math! Math is my best subject and I typically have no problem getting 800s, but I guess I was too hasty or not focused on this exam and I blew it, receiving a 710. My CR I was expecting to get 740ish, hoping for 750 at least, but it came out to be 720.

So my question basically is, how would top tier schools look at my scores as they are now, and after I retake? I am fairly sure I will be able to score a 790 or 800 in math a second time, which will bring my superscore up to 2310-2320. I am not quite sure, however, if I will be able to raise my CR. So if I send all the scores, these ones and the ones from june, assuming I will be able to score a 790 in math and CR and W not as high as january's, how would schools look at them?
If my June scores were to look like 690CR, 790M, 770W, which would bring my superscore up to 2310, how would schools look at these scores? Math and W would be high but what about CR? These are a few of the questions I'm very confused about.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance!
