What kind of GPA, work experience, GMAT score, etc. should I have to get into a good MBA program such as ones offered from Indiana University of the Ohio State?

To get in right after college it’s much less about scores than it is about exceptional leadership/entrepreneurial experience. For scores, getting anything around the averages for those MBA programs would do fine. But for leadership, they’re looking for hardcore tech experts or people who have started businesses, captains of college football teams, something really big.

As a caveat, I think if you had a 750 and a 3.8 and the usual clubs and internships on your resume, the 15-20 ranked schools might be willing to make an exception, but it’s still no guarantee.

MBA with no work experience = fail

Especially from a non top tier university. Get a job and start working. If you want a graduate degree look at a MSF or a masters in management.
