Normally, I wouldnt be worried, my app isnt too bad and I probably have a good shot at Penn ( Vagelos is my ideal program)
BUT
My school did a weird thing with math for kids in my year
In 7th grade, instead of being allowed to take Algebra 1 and follow the normal 1-year-ahead progression through middle school and highschool, my school only promoted students based on STAR test scores from 2YEARS before(normally its a test that is incredibly easy to pass). Unfortunately, our class wasnt very smart in 5th grade, and now almost all of us are getting screwed for it now. Will I be OK if i do BC in senior year? I'm definitely good at math, but my schools brainfart 4 years ago means I dont look like it -_-. What should i do? Advice on anything above is welcome! Especially when it comes to Vagelos!

2310? TOO LOW! Where is your 2400? j/k j/k.

Your stats and ec’s look fine, even on the high side considering you’re not even a junior yet. If you’re good at math, considering self-studying AP math and registering with a nearby testing center independently. I wouldn’t worry too much about the school thing, it s not absolutely required you have Math BC tests scores out before applying. Consider taking the SAT II in math just so the adcoms have something to look at.

For vagelos, you could definitely use a bit more research experience. Intel/Siemens is a good idea but you’re probably better off asking a professor from a nearby university rather than on this forum for advice lol. Even just assisting a prof with research is valuable experience and can yield a good rec letter in the process.
