Advise needed

<p>Hello everyone,</p>

<p>I wish to get into the masters program for Electrical Engineering in Harvard. And I really need to gain an insight about the eligibility criteria and scholarships for master students. By eligibility criteria, I mean to to say is what do they look into first (GPA, GRE score,etc). Also are there any program for scholarships for international students?</p>
