AEM ED results...anybody

Anybody care to share AEM ED results?
acceptance? deferral? rejection? international or US student?

damn. rejected. i wish i could see what kind of people get accepted.

I was rejected too, I feel like there was nothing more i could have done.

rejected as well, my sat was a 1330 and act 30. Both low but I figured being president of DECA, a state quiz bowl winner, and owning and running my own non profit organization, among some others would have made up for it. Guess not

Rejected… I am so down… my sat was 1400 out of 1600. 4s on microecon, biology, and calc ab. 760 sat ii math, 670 biology. about 4.0 gpa… great extracurricular activities… Why was that that they rejected me…? I thought deferral would be the worst case for cornell admission…

rejected… 1590/1600; president of DECA, BPA, NHS
varsity tennis

I am disappoint.

son got deferred. 1540/1600

i know mellowrica got rejected
i know GGmadness2006 got accepted. in fact, she was the only one that i saw who got accepted (see http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/cornell-university/1043566-official-cornell-university-class-2015-early-decision-results-thread-25.html</a>
so very bad stats for cc members for aem ed

congratulations to GGmadness2006
as for those who got deferred or rejected, there will be something better for all. it always work out. so don’t fret about it.

another deferral is branhs2002. he has fantastic sat, gp and ecs.

lol. i felt a lot better now. guess i am not the only one who disappointed

Hi i saw this thread for AEM i was hoping that i could get to know some of my fellow AEMers. Ur guys stats are great i have no idea what Cornell is looking for. Ivy’s all accept differently. Thank You MoneyP and your absolutely right with such great stats colleges are just waiting to accept you guys. I hope you all the best!

Congratulations again GGmadness2006. You made an incredible feat. It seems that in the whole of college confidential AEM ED 2015, you are the only one who made it. Everybody else got rejected or deferred. Great job, great job.

I ended up applying for bioeng, not AEM, but from what I was told on my visit, AEM is mostly about fit, here meaning business-related ECs in addition to great math stats, probably AP micro/macro, & all that other stuff.

GGmadness 2006, finally here is another one, bmcnulty908, who got aem ed accepted. His problem is that he did not get any FA.
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-pennsylvania/1018415-debating-wharton-cornell-aem-ed-chance-me-please.html#post1065773908</a></p>

so the stats for CC cornell ed aem 2015 is 2-2-5 (accept-defer-reject).

Wow that rly sucks i got a decent amount of financial aid that should make Cornell affordable for my parents. As far as fit goes. I definitely agree, however my school has no business related clubs outside DECA which i was not a part of. Also i never took AP Macro/Micro (also not offered). You don’t have to immerse yourself in business classes and topics in high school just show that you have a future plan that AEM can provide i guess.
