Was just wondering..what is the general job placement like for graduates of Macalester College? Especially in the Twin Cities area? Do most people venture into the corporate world or (based on my current impression) delve into the humanitarian world of NGOs and NPOs?</p>
<p>I'm asking this because I am interested in attending Macalester but am rather concerned about the "brand name"..I know it's very stupid talking about brand names because that is exactly not the point of attending an LAC, but it's a genuine concern here.. Do employers, especially corporate ones, recognize Macalester?</p>
