not qualified for aid but also have limited $ , would it be better to take out a loan to go to Duke or just stay in-state for undergrad and try to go to Duke, etc. for grad school? Also,
do you think if you ARE accepted but turn it down you are penalized later when trying for grad school??? Thanks</p>

it was a bit less frivolous than i’m making it sound here though</p>
