Alcohol.edu

I just got by. Exactly 75% :D

I did a google search and found almost all colleges are requiring this now, and guess who puts it out? Collegeboard! Time for me to buy some stock in that company, lol. Hey, it's odd, but last year at Stanfurd, they had to pass by 80%. They also state the following: "The Stanford Alcohol Advisory Board recommended that all incoming students complete AlcoholEdu, which is an approach employed by several peer institutions, including Cornell, Colombia, Dartmouth, University of Pennsylvania, and Princeton". Interesting on who they leave out of this scenario.

Brown?????

...... u serious??

hmm I dont' think the college board has gone public. But when they do... we really could make so much money off of that. XD

Just to throw a hint out there that there are answer keys on the net. They're not hard to search for.

care to link us? hehe

why does it matter? almost everyone can pass this with their eyes closed. It's not like it goes into our gpa or anything XD

apparently, people still cant pass with their eyes open, judging by this thread. ;)

yes, that's why I said "almost everyone" :</p>

Enjoy:

my questions were MUCH harder than the ones answered on that page. I had to know percentages, BAC levels, effects at different BAC levels etc.

I read that they taylor the instruction/tests to the person from the questionnaire at the beginning. I bet my test was so in depth because I drink a lot often.

hmmm 93%, but yea the presentation is boring, i played some pokemon waiting for the thing to finish

Well, "they" is still a computer, keep that in mind. So the only thing they can really do is pick a certain set of questions based on your answers--but those will basically still all be the same. They probably have like 200 questions of which they pick.

What bothers me most about this is that I am an "old" student, over 30, and really don't see what this is gonna do for me. Like I will really change my drinking behavior now.

And honestly, does anybody really think that people, after taking this course, will now stop drinking, do not party anymore, or become afraid and be chickens when their best friends wanna play drinking games?

And then I wonder, why is this such a big problem in the US? How come this is not so severe in Europe for example? I believe that the 21 limit is certainly a factor here. The US is the only country that has such a high limit. There is an interesting interview with a Professor of Applied Health Sciences here:

i swear every one of my friends (including myself) who finished this has said that we wanted alcohol just because of taking that -_-

...why the ***k would i want to go out and build houses instead of relaxing during spring break? this whole video is too damn preachy

psh.. you guys didn't have to go through another dosage of Alcohol EDU. I had to take it another time cuz I was caught in a dorm room where people were drinking. And I wasn't even drinking either... wrong place, wrong time, double the AlcoholEDU :(

oh boy.... if you guys cant even stay awake for alcohol.edu or pass the test, then you're going to need a miracle to survive a Berkeley class.

I'm just doing this crap right now and it's soooooo boring. I must admit though, it's passing the time at work. I suppose it's better then searching for good unblocked websites.

Thankfully easy though. 90%.

I like sipping red wine throughout the day so I end up consuming 1-2 glasses but I very rarely binge and never drink drive, so I don't see the need for me to do it.

Oh and yes down with the 21 limit its retarded on so many levels.
