alcoholedu

what are the odds that I'll pass given that I barely know anything about the facts of alcohol and those who drink? I never drink myself

i wouldn't worry about it.. just listen to the program and you should be fine

the point is to watch the videos, read the bullet points, and answer multiple choice questions based on them. along with personal activities which don't count for anything really.
if you should fail, you can retake it until you pass, so no worries ;)

...necessary evil...

gay! it sucks for the people who are responsible and well aware of the consequences of alcohol.

I basically turned off my audio for 90% of the thing and still managed to pass (though barely @ 73% ... lucky). That thing was hell though.

haha i remember this i hated it. for some reason i passed with a high score without paying attention. i still have the answers saved if anyone needs it.

ugh i was pretty much finished module 1 but it froze. now i'm gonna just BS the answers because of that!

Ew. I just finished that last night. Well, I paid attention in health back in uh, middle school haha. The only questions I got wrong on my permit test were the ones about various BAC levels. I totally didn't listen at all to the modules mainly because I got tired of hearing "You have already stated that you do not drink, BUT... useless info because I'm not changing my mind". So basically, I knew the basics, didn't listen to the stuff, I got an 80%. But pay attention a little, I only really zoned out for stuff that I have heard before which was most of the time.

how long did the thing take to complete? was it only like an hour?

Only an hour... don't I wish. I tested out of all like 90% of the sections but I don't know that did much because it still took a long time. The first night I spent at least an hour going to about halfway through Module 2 but before the SexualAssualtEdu part... Then I spent like another hour or two last night finishing it, I spent most of the time on the couch next to the comp watching tv turning around only to click the next button and do the dumb "How likely are you to use this info" questions.

This took over an hour for me. I think 90 minutes for both sessions. I was chatting, eating, showering, and playing games while the video lecture was on.

Most of it is common sense. I never wrote anything down and got 80%.

I was upset that they didn't let me fastforward.

where did you guys get the login info and the site to start alcoholedu btw, i'm at the alcohol.ucla.edu site and it just says info will be up june 30th

You'll get an email soon from the dean or a UCLA authority. This email will contain the link and the procedures.

Just post the answers.

LOL EVIL GRIN >=D

it's easy but time consuming. just pay attention and stuff, it's honestly no big deal. i'd say that you wouldnt have to know any information about alcohol to pass, it's pretty straightforward if i remember.

Why even bother to do it? I didn't do it and no one has ever brought it up.
