ALEKS Calculus Placement

what do I do after finishing the Placement exam?

It said I got a 94% right after I finished it and it gave me some Pie graph and said to look at the learning module

well what do I do now?

are they gonna message me soon about whether or now I'll be able to take math2a what?

it says i gotta wait 48 hours before I can retake the test but nothing on whether or not they'll message me about passing the exam

i don’t think you do anything…i guess just print out the pie graph and bring it with you to the orientation when your councelor is enrolling you in calc? idk read it somewhere. But was there a time limit for the exam?

Yeah, I’m wondering the same thing. I got a 82% on the test, but I just got the graph as well. Since we got above 70%, we can still enroll for Math2A yes? Idk either D:

well imma call em 2morrow and ill post here what they say

so what did they say about what happens after you pass the test?

what kind of math problems were given on the test? was it calc?

yes it was calc. but like really basic calc with graphing and stuff. there were no derivatives or integration. very easy :)

The ALEKS test basically covers Pre-Cal/Trig. No Calculus.

oh okay well because ive never took a pre-calc class so i just considered it calc. i learned that kind of stuff in my calc class too
